30-day free returns

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. We will email you a prepaid return label, so return shipping costs you nothing. There is no restocking fee.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order items, and bulbs that have been opened or installed, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered.

Once we receive an eligible return, or approve a damage or defect claim, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund. Return shipping is on us.
