Warranty

Every Sollie fixture is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the day your order is delivered.

What's covered

If a fault in materials or workmanship shows up within 12 months of delivery, we'll repair or replace the fixture — or refund it if we can't do either. Typical covered faults:

  • Integrated LED modules or drivers that fail in normal use
  • Wiring, sockets or switches that stop working
  • Finishes that flake, bubble or corrode indoors under normal conditions
  • Glass, metal or stone components that arrive cracked, or crack without impact
  • Mounting hardware that fails to hold the fixture

What isn't covered

  • Replaceable bulbs — these are consumables
  • Damage from improper installation, or installation by someone who isn't a qualified electrician where local code requires one
  • Damage from misuse, accident, alteration, or wiring the fixture to the wrong voltage
  • Normal wear: patina on unlacquered brass and copper, slight colour variation in natural stone and glass, and the gradual dimming that all LEDs show over their life
  • Outdoor fixtures used beyond their stated IP rating, or indoor fixtures installed outdoors
  • Commercial installations, unless agreed in writing beforehand

How to make a claim

Email hello@solliestudio.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or a short video showing it. We usually reply within one business day. If the claim is approved we cover the cost of the replacement and its shipping; we may ask you to return the faulty fixture with a prepaid label.

The warranty covers the original purchaser and isn't transferable if the fixture is resold.

This is separate from returns

The warranty is about faults. If you simply changed your mind, that's our returns policy — 14-day free returns and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Something that arrives damaged is covered under either, so just get in touch and we'll take the quickest route for you.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to the rights you have under consumer law in your country, and doesn't limit them.
