How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order — no minimums.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days to the United States and 12–22 to Canada and Australia, as each piece ships directly from our manufacturing partners. Full details are on our shipping policy.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return any item in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice. See returns & refunds for details.

Are your lights dimmable?
Many are — check the specifications on each product page, and ask us if you're unsure.
What about bulbs and voltage?
Fixture specs, socket types and voltage are listed on each product page. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility for your region.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, usually yes — contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
