We ship worldwide from our manufacturing partners. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via tracked international courier.

Estimated delivery times

United States: 10–20 business days
Canada: 12–22 business days
Australia: 12–22 business days
Rest of world: 15–30 business days

Larger fixtures (chandeliers, multi-piece pendants) may take a few additional days due to packing requirements. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Customs & duties

Most orders arrive without any additional charges. In the rare case that local customs assesses an import duty, the customer is responsible for that fee. We declare items at their actual value and cannot mark packages as gifts.
