Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum. Every order is tracked door to door.

How long it takes

Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days total from the day you place them, processing and transit included. We pack and dispatch within 1–3 business days of those, and email your tracking number the moment it ships.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs clearance and carrier delays are outside our control.

We ship to every destination available at checkout. Availability and any destination-specific details are shown before you pay.

Customs and duties

Most orders arrive with no additional charges. In the rare case that local customs assesses an import duty, that fee is the customer's.
