We want you to love your new lighting. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

30-day return window

You may return any item in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve a damage claim.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Bulbs that have been installed or removed from packaging
  • Items damaged by improper installation
