The Magna is a minimalist cylindrical pendant in painted iron, with clean lines and an airy profile. Its open bottom sends light straight down where you need it.

How high to hang it over tables, islands and beds

Dining

  • Hang the bottom 30–36 in (76–91 cm) above the tabletop with an 8 ft (2.4 m) ceiling. Add 3 in (7.5 cm) for every extra foot of ceiling.
  • Width: room length + width in feet = pendant width in inches. A 12 × 14 ft room suits a fixture around 26 in (66 cm) across.
  • Center it on the table, not the room. The table is the anchor.

Kitchen island
