Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe occasionally with a barely-damp cloth and dry right away — avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, which can etch and dull natural stone.
Always switch off the power at the wall before cleaning or changing a bulb.

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
Delivery after dispatch: United States 10–20 business days · Canada & Australia 12–22 · everywhere else 15–30. Every order is tracked door to door, and we email your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Returns: 30 days from delivery, in original unused condition. Request within the first 14 days and return shipping is free — we email a prepaid label. From day 15 to day 30, return shipping is on you. No restocking fee. If the item arrives damaged or defective, we send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, any time in the 30 days.

Measuring guide
Dining
- Hang the bottom 30–36 in (76–91 cm) above the tabletop with an 8 ft (2.4 m) ceiling. Add 3 in (7.5 cm) for every extra foot of ceiling.
- Keep the fixture at least 12 in (30 cm) narrower than the table so nobody clips their head standing up.
- Width: room length + width in feet = fixture width in inches. A 12 × 14 ft room suits around 26 in (66 cm).
- Center it on the table, not the room.
Living
- Anywhere people walk under it, keep at least 7 ft (213 cm) between the floor and the bottom of the fixture.
- Fixture height: 2–3 in (5–7.5 cm) per foot (30 cm) of ceiling. A 10 ft (3 m) ceiling carries a 20–30 in (51–76 cm) fixture.
- Width: room length + width in feet = fixture width in inches.
Entryway
- Keep 7 ft (213 cm) of walking clearance under the fixture.
- With an 8 ft (2.4 m) ceiling, choose a fixture 16–24 in (41–61 cm) tall.
- Sloped ceiling over the door? Use a hang-straight adapter and measure clearance from the fixture's lowest point.
Two-storey foyer
- Hang the fixture so its bottom sits level with, or just above, the second-floor line.
- Center it on the foyer window if you have one.
- Go bigger than you think: 2–3 in (5–7.5 cm) of fixture height per foot of ceiling. An 18 ft (5.5 m) foyer carries a 36–54 in (91–137 cm) fixture.
